At Salmé, we work with trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partners to produce and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you’ll find information about processing times, shipping estimates, and delivery expectations.

Order Processing Time

All products are made to order. Once your purchase is placed, production typically begins within 1–3 business days.

During high-demand periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Shipping Times

After fulfillment, shipping times generally are within 3–7 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24-48 hours to appear.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • High seasonal demand
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Salme is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible.

If an order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or replacements.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) at:
